How does the free trial work?

Start Pro free for 14 days with no card. You get everything in Pro from day one. When the trial ends you stay on Free unless you subscribe. Nothing is deleted: anything above the Free limits pauses until you go Pro.

How am I billed?

Pro is $24 a month, or $228 a year ($19 a month). Payments run securely through Stripe. We accept major cards, and local taxes may be added at checkout. Change plan, update your card or download invoices any time from your account.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, in two clicks from your account. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, then drop to Free. Your bots, chats and memory stay on your computer.

Do you offer refunds?

If Pro isn't right for you, email hello@fluf.bot within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Does Flufs charge for AI usage?

No. You connect your own Claude and ChatGPT subscriptions or API keys and pay those providers directly. Flufs never resells or marks up tokens.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly?

Yes. Switch any time from your account, in a couple of clicks.
